Preveli Monastery

Α wonderful Monastery with amazing panoramic views that offers you a feeling of relaxation and tranquility, the monastery of Preveli (or Prevelis) is located 37km south of Rethymnon.
Preveli has linked its name with the participation of its monks in each of the liberation struggles of Cretans but also famous for the Holy Cross (Timios Stavros) stored in the temple and is considered miraculous.
